Why do we have a Covenant to restrict overnight street parking?

  1. Our streets are narrow. Backing out of driveways with a vehicle right behind you is risky. Driving around parked vehicles is inconsiderate to other neighbors.
  2. Trash truck come EARLY and they can not navigate around parked vehicles.
  3. Safety concerns with kids darting in and out between parked vehicles.
  4. Snow plows need streets clear of ALL vehicles.
  5. It is unsightly. Stonebrooke looks cleaner and well kept without a bunch of cars parked on the streets.
  6. Your neighbors don’t like driving around your parked vehicle every morning on their way to work (or way home)?
  7. All of our Covenants need to be respected. It is an important aspect of Stonebrooke that maintains all of our property values.
