The weekly trash & recycling service is contracted by the Stonebrooke Homes Association and is billed with the annual dues. Trash/recycling pick up by Waste Management on Tuesday mornings. Carts should be set out by 5 AM. Carts should be stored in the garage or out of view. Yard waste pickup must be contracted by individual homeowners.

Please notify the board before making major changes such as fence installation, roof replacement, building projects, sheds, and house painting.

Cars should not be routinely parked on the street overnight.

Statements for annual dues and weekly garbage service are mailed in February and must be paid by March 31.

The annual meeting is usually held the third or fourth Monday in April to discuss neighborhood issues and elect officers.
